ARTS: A making or doing of things that displays form, beauty, and unusual perception. Welcome to Kinesthetic Arts Massage Therapy. From the time I entered first grade, I have been told repeatedly that I am a kinesthetic learner- that most of my information comes from the energy of how people, animals and objects are situated in the physical world. This kinesthetic knowing, or way into the world has given me great insight into the work of massage therapy and my clients. I believe that physical touch and movement have great power to connect us to ourselves and the people around us. And I believe that massage, like everything in life, is about creating. When we work on ourselves, we are better able to create the lives we want as individuals; that being connected to ourselves and the world through our physical bodies creates a confidence and curiosity about exploring who we are and who we want to be.
